Hi friends,
My name is Joli, and I'm the owner of Cartel Crystals. I always loved crystals as a kid, I remember playing with two raw quartz clusters my grandparents had in their back yard. I loved cleaning them with the hose to see them sparkle, pretending they were huge diamonds!
You may all know my husband Zach as the one who works really hard at keeping the shop in amazing shape by his custom work. He's also the one that helps with all the buying, pricing, etc. He's the reason why this shop even exist!
About 10 years ago I went through a really dark faze in my life where I was extremely depressed. I discovered a local mineral shop where I purchased Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Smokey Quartz, and Black Tourmaline because they were so pretty. I later started learning about the properties that crystals have and that's when my obsession really started. It may sound crazy to many but I 100% believe crystals saved my life.
I never thought owning a crystal shop was going to be a reality. Since, I was a manager at local clothing boutiques for 5-6 years prior to opening my shop. I loved what I did so much, I always thought I would open a clothing boutique of my own!
Little did I know the universe had other plans for me and knew exactly what career I needed. One of my favorite things about owning a crystal shop is being able to help people. I get to help my customers live an overall positive lifestyle by incorporating crystals into their daily life.
Cartel Crystals is a small owned business ran by me 24/7. I handle the social media, website, store, live sales etc. We have a small team of employees that help us out when we'er away or simple just need a little break. Owning my own business has been a dream of mine for years! It allows me more time with my husband, our animals, and simply more time to enjoy life.
I can't thank you all enough for supporting my dream & my shop!
